Volunteer Timers for the Virginia Special Olympics Track and Field Competition
The Optimist Club of Greater Vienna has participated each year since 1997 in the Northern Virginia Special Olympics Track and Field event
by timing the athletes in the 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000 and 5000 meter races and in the 400 meter relay races.
This year's Special Olympics Track and Field event will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2023. Optimist timers and their guests are welcome.
This is a wonderful and meaningful event for the participants and volunteers.
